Woods, 74, Colonial Drive, Salem, was served a secret indictment on a cultivation of marijuana charge stemming from allegedly growing at least 1,000 grams, but less than 5,000 grams on May 10. Jamie M. Pastore, 28, Union Street, Washingtonville, was served a secret indictment charged with trafficking in drugs for allegedly having less than a gram of heroin in the vicinity of a child on Jan. 19. Julie A. Underwood, 39, Smithfield Street, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment charged with two counts of possession of drugs for allegedly having less than a gram of heroin and less than five grams of cocaine on March 16. Larry O. Foster, 61, address unknown, was served a secret indictment charged with possession of drugs for allegedly having less than five grams of cocaine on Dec. 23, 2015.
